How to Place an Order
BrushesWholesale.com features an online Shopping Cart that enables you to purchase products securely with your credit card or you may choose the “Offline Payment” option. You can also order by calling 941-355-1499 and ask for BrushesWholesale.com. Be sure to have the product catalogue number, and quantity of each item you wish to order, along with payment information, when you call. Our staff is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you are a new visitor, we strongly encourage you to create an account as well as browse the site a little before you begin shopping. The products are available through the left hand navigation of this site. The product gallery provides an overview of the different categories of products we offer and introduces you to all of the special series within each category. From any of these pages you can link to descriptions of a wide variety of individual wholesale brushes or groups of items, including oil paint brushes, artist paint brushes, flat brushes and wire scratch brushes.
The Shopping Cart also features a very helpful product search function. You can call up this function by entering a word or catalogue number into the search box on the upper left hand side of any page in the site.
When by either browsing or searching you find a wholesale brush you want to order, simply adjust the item quantity that appears in the chart below the description and click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page. Please note that most items in this site do require a minimum order requirement per product. When you click Add to Cart, you will go to the Shopping Cart view (What’s in My Cart?), which will now show that item, along with any other items you may previously have added. To shop more, just click the "Continue Shopping" button. Repeat this process to add more items to the cart.
When you have added all of the items you want to order, click "Check Out" and you will go to the "Check Out / Log-In" area. If you are a first time customer, fill out the "New Customer" section. You will be asked to create an account password (write it down for future reference). When you have verified that your entries are correct, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. If you are a returning user, just enter your email address and password and click "Sign In." On the following page you will be asked to complete your billing, shipping, and payment information. When you’ve finished click “Continue”.
On the "Confirm Your Order" page, verify that your personal information and your order are exactly as you want them. If everything looks as it should print this page out for your records and then click on “Confirm Order" button at the bottom of the page. Then you will see the "Order has been processed" page. This page confirms that your order has been entered (if you do not see this screen, your order has not been placed--please call Customer Service at 941-355-1499).
